According to a recent survey, 86 percent of organizations agree that digital transformation of their business is one of the key components of their strategic plan, and adopting cloud computing is the way to go. Yet, only 64 percent of industrial companies have a concrete and well laid out plan to reap advantages of the cloud as other firms generally lack the right guidance and desired technical expertise. France-based ORINOX assists such organizations in eliminating the hurdles during their digital transformation journey. The firm provides an integrated range of ORINOX Cloud Web Services (OCWS), which include ORINOX Dashboard, ORINOX WorkSpaces, ORINOX Model Review, and ORINOX Simulator.
ORINOX has been delivering OCWS since 2017 as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that features a combination of Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS). It allows businesses to create and manage their own cloud environment where they can store, modify, visualize, and share technical data related to engineering and design projects. Additionally, ORINOX’s cloud solution comes integrated and pre-installed with all the required project software, an added advantage that significantly brings down the set up phase to two weeks. ORINOX Cloud solution is highly flexible and is available to clients on the public, private or dedicated cloud. “Clients can also set authentication permissions to manage user access within their organization’s specific service operations, data, and resources for greater security control,” explains Maxime Fourreau, founder and CEO of ORINOX.
Offerings such as these and an extensive experience in the industry have allowed ORINOX to build a global community of technology experts and establish a long-standing partnership with AVEVA, an engineering and industrial software provider.
“Our team continuously redesigns the services to simplify the use of AVEVA products for clients and solve the technical or methodological problems,” says Fourreau.
ORINOX offers a wide range of integrating services on the Cloud to owner operators (OO) and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) companies. “We are an all-in-one company that offers numerous resources to manage our clients business assets by providing people, processes, content, and technology,” mentions Fourreau.

ORINOX handles the implementation, integration, and administration of AVEVA NET Portal, a centralized solution for managing, accessing, visualizing, and comparing technical data and documents, using its ORINOX Dashboard solution. Once an organization standardizes and validates its technical data on AVEVA NET, it can use the dashboard to access and view the same data to make informed decisions. The dashboard is a single application to access technical data, aggregate stored information, automatically update it, share project progress, and to measure the data quality.
Over the years, ORINOX has helped several firms to accelerate their digitalization journey and one of them is L’ORÉAL, a personal care company. France-based L’ORÉAL collaborated with ORINOX when they were in need of an efficient and innovative technology to improve the quality, safety, ergonomics, performance, and integration of their new production equipment. To address these requirements, ORINOX delivered its ORINOX Model Review application, which helped L’ORÉAL test and review the new plant design using virtual and augmented reality.
This is just one of the many success stories that ORINOX has scripted in ten years of its existence. The company has assisted various other reputed organizations in digital transformation. ORINOX further aims to continue delivering these capabilities to address evolving needs of clients, and in an effort to do the same, it has raised a significant funding to work on its international commercial development and upcoming research and development (R&D) projects.
